Country Woods Durban’s warehouse is situated at 13 Young Road in Westmead, Pinetown.  The warehouses at our branches across the country process a huge amount of timber every day.  

Shipments: Timber is received from all the continents across the globe via shipments and trucks and offloaded from the containers in bundle form. The timber is then checked and stored in our warehouse.

 Moisture Content: We monitor our timber's moisture content on a regular basis and pride ourselves in selling all our timber at the correct moisture content.

Stickering: Any wet timber we receive, is firstly stickered into bundles and left to air dry.

 

Kilns: Once it reaches it's correct moisture content, we put the timber into our kilns to complete the drying process.

 Availability: Our timber is available in bundle or break bundle form and we cater for the needs of anyone from hobbyist to large companies. 

Machining: We also offer a machining service to those who need their timber cut to size. Our services include P.A.R. (plane all round), rip, deep-cut and cross-cutting.  Selected mouldings for skirting, architraves, T&G flooring and decking can now also be machined at our Durban branch. 

Delivery: We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery service and have trucks going to all areas of the respective provinces where you can find a Country Woods branch.
